The town is mystified as to the motive behind taking Snowy. A spokesperson said: “We also have a life-size ballerina, life-size toy soldiers, giant Victorian shoes, candy canes, musical instruments and lanterns on buildings throughout the town. They haven’t been touched. We don’t understand why Snowy was targeted.”
