This morning, at the end of my road there's a car been parked, with the reg plates removed. All the windows have been smashed.. Inside there's bags of rubbish and old toys full to the brim.. I'm nearly sure there'd be old bills or something with the owners name on it what with the car could be identified by, but i think the car will be burnt out tonight. Who do i report this to? And will anything be done?
