Honestly, is there any comeback with these people at all?. We have power outtage at least once a month, sometimes for an hour, more often for several hours, all put down to "faults". Last month we had a whole day without while they upgraded something. Then again another all day upgrade on Thursday last week (where we at least have time to prepare flasks etc) Then Friday, no power from around 4.30 pm until 9.30pm due to faults and again on Saturday, power off at 9.30 am not properly restored until late afternoon. Thankfully the freezer was ok but stuff in the fridge had to be chucked out plus the cost of eating out...and they absolutely refused to offer any kind of reimbursement of costs or refund on the bill.

Sure aren't they a semi-state monopoly ?
Why would they have any sort of customer focus ? What are you going to do - change supplier ?
