Having opened a RaboDirect policy shortly before Christmas, I felt I had to reply as follows to the 'reminder' e-mail they sent me the other day...

Am I the only one who cannot read the text in the images?
It's very blurred.
 
cant read it either, but we get the jist, drumming for business they already had!
 
open it in mozilla and zoom in to read.
Have to say, I like their style. Now that is straight talking.
