A new UK site for helping people to make complaints

thanks for this Brendan. I have to complain to B&Q - I bought door handles and so far the handle part of 4 of them just snapped off. Luckily on each occasion I was on the outside of the room but could just as easily have been stuck on the inside! When I emailed B&Q they were much more interested in me providing proof of purchase cheerfully ignoring the fact that they are selling a defective product.

It's only fair you establish that you bought the product there before they spend time investigating. the National Consumer Agency confirm their right to do so.
 
I think Shopgirls point was the lack of concern for customer . At least they {cheerfully} ignored ?.
