We are currently putting in a raft foundation for our house we have been advised 18inches of 35Newton Concrete, will this siffice, id just like a second opinion.

All submissions greatly appreciated.

Not knowing what type of ground you're on/what type of structure you're building/ etc. etc. etc. it's impossible to give a meaningful answer.
 
Its on bedrock, it will be a concrete structure (2story) without hollowcore. Any use?
 
Its sounds fine. 25 N is commonly used for domestic strip foundations and they would normally only be 300mm deep. The fact that youre on bedrock should help also. What you are proposing sounds more than adequate
