I would be interested how many people have had problems with the A/C system leaking on a Toyota Avensis. I have only 45,000 mile up and there is a pinhole in the high pressure pipe, on observation the bending of the pipe is an absolute hash of a job, with marks in the side from the process. Not what you would expect from a quality car. I am furious that they want €200 for a new pipe plus fitting cost. If a A/C leak is not detected it will eventually cause the A/C pump to fail due to lack of lubricant that is charged with the refrigerant causing further expense.
