99 Astra

I've got one of these & recentlyit's developed the most annoying rattle from the rear axle(?) direction.I haven't managed to get my mechanic to put it up on the lift yet.'just wondering would anyone else have come across this kind of fault on these cars?Thanks!

Never had an astra but it could be just a busin (spelling?). Does it sound like the noise you would expext as if the exhaust was loose? If so then probably just your bushings. Cheap cheap to replace can even do it yourself. If the rattle is worse than that then could be suspension etc and best to get it checked out.
