95% LTV -Can I switch?

Anyone know if banks are accepting switchers whete LTV is 98%. Currently paying 4.3%. Btw first time out of NE in 11 years.

I don't think any bank is doing more than 90%.

Spoke with a couple of banks and although LTV is a little better at 95% I cannot switch until we get to 90%
