Whats the problem with naming the country??
I think your view of 'little risk' with this investment suggests, no matter what people tell you, you want to believe this is a good invesntment. With the details given above this thing stinks. You may not get the smell but as you want to believe it you may not be as objective as you should.
I would agree with above, if it's so good why are the banks from the country not doing it??
Also, how do you know people with money are investing in it because someone who sound trustworthy is telling you so?? #
Have you and How can you objectively back up and check out some of the things you assume are facts with this.
