I had a dream in which Bertie promised to fire 5,000 teachers and to use the money for youth cafes where the young people could smoke spamspamspam.

NO NO to be honest I am Bertie (ya spanner) . But 5000 Nurses (female of course) now theres a thought, think a few pints of Bass is in order to make me dream some more

Isn't that only for tobacco based products? - I'm sure the Government could arrange pipes and bongs.
