myemployer had asked me to work reduced hours due to the downturn, effectively 3 days one week and 5 days the following week every fortnight, their understanding being that as a continuous 4 day working week does not qualify for benefits
would this arrangement qualify as on average it is effectively 4 days a week, I havent went down to enquire myself yet as I would be slightly dubious of it, has anyone else this arrnagement?
