Suppose someone works full-time but there isn't enough work for a 5-day week so the employer is cutting their days to 4 days a week.
If the employee instead chooses to work 3 full weeks and then 1 week with just 1 day, will they be entitled to JSB for the 4th week (apportioned accordingly) EVERY month
I know that if they work 4 x 4-day weeks then there is no JSB which is why I am wondering about this option.
