Hi, I wonder could anyone help me.
I've been told that I am to go on a four day week from the middle of May.
I have been in my job for 7 years now. If at a further time I am made redundent, do I lose any entitlements ie a full week for each year etc. Also is it a matter of just a straight 1/5 less wages and holidays?
Do I have to accept a 4 day week even, if I am in full employment and I don't agree to it. No one else is effected, it's just that there is less work for my position although I am well trained to do other work within the company.
