350k in a risk free investment

Sold house and will be renting for 12 months or so. As a result I have EUR 350,000 to put somewhere safely to offset rental costs etc before we plunge back into the property market next year.

Would appreciate any recommendations for risk free investments with the ability to access cash with circa 1 to 3 months notice.

Deposits are probably the only feasible option here. See the Financial Best Buys forum and www.itsyourmoney.ie lists of the best deposit accounts/rates on offer and the many, many existing threads on how to use them to maximise interest returns.
