Hi,
mortgage with PTSB. Have the option of a 3 month payment holiday. This can be done 3 times over the course of the mortgage.
Wedding coming up in July so would definitely be worth taking the break now as our budget is beginning to creak.
Would this holiday payment affect my rate? As in, I'm currently on a tracker and would they force me to change to a variable when I come back from the 3 month break?
