3 G broadband

Has anyone tried this service. 199 euro to install and 19.99 per month.I cant get Eircom broadband because i am too far from the exchange. I cant get Wirless from Digiweb because of line of sight issue . 3 rd time lucky maybe?
 
Have you asked ClearWire? I also could not receive DigiWeb but I am now using clearwire and the service is good
 
Try the Vodafone 3G.They allow a 14 day trial.I saw it in action last night very impressive!!
 
Lots of posts on many forums about these products.

The concensus seems to be its better than dialup, but nothing close to a wired broadband. Service seems to be up and down.
 
As loanfree says, make sure you have good 3G coverage, otherwise all you will get from your vodafone card is GPRS, which is better than a kick in the teeth if you have no phone line, but is no better than dial-up, and in some ways worse (packet drops etc.).
