Hi an hope someone can help me....I am working full time but going on a 3 day week from next week an wondering what my entitlements are.My wife is in full time employment and I have three children going to school.I have been in my current job for almost 4 yrs full time. Thank you all for your help in the past an hope you can help me again.

You personally should be entitled to 2/5 ths of the weekly Jobseekers benefit (about €78).You may be entitled to a bit extra depending on your wife's wages.You can transfer your paye allowance to your wife to cut her tax bill .That's about it.
