Allied Irish Bank have announced a new 1 Year fixed rate mortgage of 3.25% for First Time Buyers. The new rate comes into effect from November 26th (Next Wednesday).
So any first time buyers (if there are any) out there might want to hold off finalising mortgages for a few days?
It will be interesting to see if other lenders try to compete with AIB.
