2nd hand Mazda 6

I'll be looking for a one or two year old diesel saloon in January. I'm leaning towards a Mazda 6 TS. I test drove a couple yesterday and quite liked them. I can get a 2 yr old in the UK for £8,000 + VRT.
Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with a Mazda 6? Is there something else I should be looking at?

That price you are getting for the 1 or 2yr old Mazda 6, WHERE?

I'm looking at one for the new year (estate) but any 1 or 2yr olds I've seen in the diesel are well over £10k. I'm going for the TS2 spec as it has the Bose system. If I could get a diesel for within my budget, I'll get one, but at the moment looking for a 2.0 litre petrol. I have a work colleague in the UK who has just handed back his Mazda 6 estate 2litre petrol TS2 spec after 3 years hassle free driving for his company car. No problems at all.

The only other car that I'm considering is the Honda Accord Estate.
