Nearly there with a self build - trying to get quotes on 2nd fix carpentry at the moment. Will have 19 oak doors/frames/arch (not pre-hung) and about 200m of skirting (oak effect MDF).
Anyone any comments on typical costs that this maybe, are your own comparable costs paid perhaps.........still awaiting quotes to return.......getting the feeling that chippies aren't too interested in doing 2nd fix work.......they may proove me wrong hopefully!
