2006 Form11 on ROS

Hi,

I completed a 2006 Form 11 offline and tried to load it into ROS. I got a message saying that the 2006 return is not due at this time (even though it is and I am registered for Form11 return). I phoned ROS and was told that the problem is that as its the first time submitting a form 11 it won't be available for 2006 in ROS. Anyone else experienced this or have a good contact in ROS you could PM me?
 
If you have commenced trade in 2006 you do not have to submit your return until Oct 08. This is why ROS rejects you. If you contact your local tax office - self assessment section - they will have it put up as due and then you can file it.

Am trying to file Form 11 now online ( I know I'm way late) but I am unable to find out on the ROS system where to upload the file I filled in offline.

Any ideas where you find this?

On the main screen after you log in theres a section headed "upload return created offline" with a drop down box below it, select Form 11 & go from there

I've look in the drop down list but don't see Form 11....see P30, P35L etc. but no Form 11 ??
 
It seems that you may not be regstered to file income tax returns. A phone call to either the ros helpdesk or the registration section could clarify that.

Mrs Joe1234 commenced trade in 2007, and is not due to file a return until Oct 2009, yet I was able to file it online last week.
