2004 Car price list Index?

I'm wondering where I can find a list of prices for new cars in 2004. I recently bought a commercial Toyota landcruiser for my business. As it's my only car, I want to be able to calculate my BIK liability. I believe this figure is based on the new price of the car, or is it based on the new price now in 2007?
