20 year inflation table...

Folks looking for a little help here... I want to create a table that illustrates the effect of inflation on property values over a 20 year period. Does anyone have a handy calculator or Excel template that I could use, for example ti unput a starting price and an inflation rate along with perhaps a loan interest rate?
