16K - Opinons on what way to split it - deposit etc

I am hoping that the AH that I will be offered will be 150K, so looking for opinions!

What way would you split the 16k between deposit, savings and furnishing the house (basic furnishing, floors, washing machine etc)?

Take into account legal fees - €2,000.

€150k house - Max loan will be 97% (EBS still offering this??) 3% deposit is €4,500.

Furnishings & Appliances - €7,500.

This leaves €2k to have in reserve.
