12,750 for a Mitsubishi Lancer?

Hi all,
Looking to change cars and mate of a mate told me I can get a 08 Mitsubishi Lancer 1.5 petrol, 22k miles on the clock, for E12,750. That sound like a decent price?

Anyone know much about them? I like the look of them and tho they're dull they make a change from a focus or golf etc. but will I be crucified when I go to change it in 2 or 3 years?

Any ideas and comments welcome, thanks in advance.

Plain, boring, unimaginative but utterly reliable and priced fairly well at 12-13k, depending on spec; it should stay going forever.

It a bit mad buying an 08 this time of year or anything?Decent spec, nice to look at, can insure it (was lookin at an Alfa 147- was lucky to be quoted nd dunno if i could live with the stress of believing the Alfa was gonna break down!) Love driving and into cars etc but slow and steadys more me sadly.
 
Bought an 09 registered only 1 week delivery miles.

It was a Volvo S 40 D SE diesel with Bluetooth.

List price just under 32k and got it for 22k cash - so I condider this a great deal.

2 year Volvo waranty less 1 week of course.

If your a cash buyer go low enough with your offers.
