Just bought this caravan

Paid the sticker price, good nick & good equipment. I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve/Day.

Drove it down from Dublin last night on the motorways, goes fine at up to 60mph. Had one as a kid so know & love the experience. Have 2 very young kids so should get a good few years out of it.

Seems caravanning is undergoing a bit of a revival, maybe recession related but its not so much the cheapness (though thats nice) that attracts me to it, they are great family holidays.

Any views on the TV or no TV debate? (initilally I'm thinking no TV). Any recommendations for good sites (west coast especially)?

No TV but with two young kids I would definitely get portable dvd player.
 
No TV Betsy - whilst I'm not into caravans, myself and Ms Caveat go camping 2 or 3 times a year - weather permitting. Occasionally we persuade her sister/friends + their kids to come.

Believe me, they tend to have neither the time nor the interest for TV.

I could advise on a few sites if you are interested when the time comes - have been to dozens all over the country at this stage.

Edit: Just noticed you have already asked for recommendations in the west, so, I would say here here and here are good.
