If you own an investment property that is an excellent long term investment and have enough funds in an ARF to purchase. Can you use the ARF to purchase the property if you need to raise cash?
No. Apart from the general wisdom or otherwise of using your pension to buy property, you cannot move a property you already own into a pension structure. Any pension transaction must be at arms lenght. If you own an investment property that is an excellent long term investment and have enough funds in an ARF to purchase.
