Change of address for savings bonds - how to prove it?

I have some savings bonds which have matured however they are registered at an old address.

I have a change of address form which demands certain documents to prove current address. These include documents from Revenue or the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection which are less than six months old.

Does anyone have an idea of what documents Revenue or DEASP would issue on request which would prove address? How could I go about getting one?

I doubt the revenue will issue you with what you're looking for but you will need either your Electricity bill, Bank statement, utility bill, eg, refuse collection etc to prove your residence in a place..
When you say savings bonds i'm presuming you mean Prize Bonds or the Post Office savings bonds?

Request a P21 form for 2018 using My Account online ? The issue date would be within 6 months. Would you have a payslip with your latest address maybe ?

Post office savings bonds yes. Thanks, the issue is that it's jointly held with Mrs NRC and the bills to the new house are all in my name and we need another proof of address for her.
