Has anyone a price per square metre for 200mm, tank insulation, trap door insulation and redoing the pipes in thicker insulation by a contractor?

Or point me to a thread?

Somewhat relevant thread here. I got a bunch of quotes for a few bits and bobs. For the basic insulation they ranged from about €20-€30 / sq.m. fitted.

I got my attic spaces sprayed with bio-foam open cell insulation foam.
With vent cards installed it worked out at 20 euro a square meter.
Have a look into spray foaming your attic aswell.
