I have a business registered in the Republic of Ireland, started last year.
This year I have started a Subsidary Company with an Asian Partner in the Far East, who is in the business with lot of local experience and good net worth.
Now we are planning to buy a Sick Unit in Asia (not sure if I should mention the Country name) and trying to come up with a Forward Diversifiaction plan. The product has great demand in Asia and abroad.
We have a solid business plan, but involves a lot of money.
My question is can I get enough funding for the aquisation from the local banks here in Ireland to fund my aquisition?
Is this possible or am I dreaming. Any pointers/suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
