Can anyone advise please. I have been waiting 10 weeks for my p45 from my previous employer. I've been on emergency tax ever since with my new employer. I finally got my p45 this week and it has the wrong date of cessastion. It states that I only finished there 2 weeks ago. Will this affect my tax refund for emergency tax or will it even be acceptable seeing as it is wrong? I have no idea, and my boss is in holidays until next week.
