Is a landlord of a agricultural/industrial property able to claim capital allowances/writing down allowances if the lease requires the landlord to be responsible for providing and maintaining buildings, roadways etc used by the tenants for agricultural/industrial purposes? (IE not shops, offices etc).? I can't find anything on the rev commissioners web site about this. My wife needs to know for tax returns.
