Other info: have share of a house with sibling - in neg equity of say €60k i.e. worth €280k mortgage is €340k, house is rented out with rent covering full mortgage, 30 yrs left on mortgage
Hi all, want your opinion about (1) whether or not any of the banks would give me a mortgage to buy my own place, (2) if yes how much would I be able to get based on the above and (3) what impact would me renting a room out have on the bank's view of my ability to repay/the amount they would consider lending to me (if any)...thanks!
