Working in Dubai in IT

I'm thinking of relocating to Dubai. Does anyone on the forum have any thoughts experience or knowledge in this regard??

Hey,

I have family living there, so have been about 5 times. The place is amazing, same prices as Dublin but your earnings are tax free. For jobs etc you could try the local paper Gulf News online and see whats on offer.

Accommodation is very expensive. Its makes a big difference which area you live in, culturally speaking. Some employers include housing in the packages they offer.

dubai is part of UAE which has 250 billion barrells of oil reserves worth 8million for each citizen! should be work there for a long time!
