I worked for only about two years or so in Dublin in 1958/1959 until I emigrated with my parents to England, where I now live and I am in receipt of English State Pension. I was just wondering if I ever qualified for an Irish State Pension, considering the two years or so I worked back then. Would be grateful for a reply and if anyone can point me in the direction of where I should write/telephone, it would be appreciated.

Unlikely to have any entitlement in ROI but should check with the Pension Services, College Road, Sligo in case those extra contributions could give you a top up to your UK pension.
You will need to give them your Name and Address (at the time) your date of birth and the Name and Address of your employer. If you had an Irish Insurance No. it would make things a lot easier
