Withdrawing from contracts in Budapest

Has anybody successfully withdrawn (ie got their money back) from a contract in Hungary where the developer has failed to meet contractual deadlines and where the investors money is held by a bank?

If so, can you let me know the steps involved.

I dont have an answer but I'm in a similar situation. I bought in District 7, From Home Center, a development called Orient. They are having problems completing and if there is a way out I would like to take it. I have resigned a contract and they have till May to complete but they have contacted me saying there are rumers going around and that I should not be worrie, I had not heard any rumers and now I'm worried....

If anyone else has had dealings with the Orient development I would love to hear your thoughts.
