Withdrawal of funds in Gran Canaria

Hi all,

Will be travelling to gran canaria soona and am wondering which would be best to withdraw funds from? Have the option of a cirrus laser/debit card with BOI, a BOI clear credit card or any other options you geniuses come up with! Any help would be appreciated.

Not quite, Its a lot warmer for sure

Check for fees with yr bank.
I am sure banks such as the BOI charge a withdrawal fee

CIRRUS/MAESTRO may charge a cash withdrawal fee, but I think that they don't/can't if it's a debit card cash withdrawal in a Euro country.

Transactions in the eurozone cost the same as they do in your 'home country'.

So, if your bank charges nothing for you to use ATM at home, then you don't pay in another eurozone country.

In the same way, whatever you pay for cash withdrawals on your credit card, you'll pay the same in another eurozone country.
