Windmill, Clonsilla - Seeking Advice

I am a first time buyer and I was thinking about buying a 2 bedroom apartment in Windmill, Clonsilla. I would appreciate any advice on this area. I was also thinking if I purchased the appartment, I would rent 1 of the bedrooms out. Would it be difficult to attract lodgers ? Any advice appreciated.

I know Stationcourt better but Windmill also looks good. The proximity to the train station is a big plus there. You shouldn't have too much trouble letting out a room there. Maybe check out Daft accomodation sharing section to see how many places have a room to let in that area to get a better idea.

I have an apartment in Windmill and love it. Location couldn't be better and the living area is a great size. The only thing I'd say is that typically the second bedroom can be a bit on the small size - something to take into account if you are trying to rent a room. Depends on which size your thinking of buying - our second bedroom fits a double bed - but next door doesn't.
