Will I get a small mortgage at 58?

I will have approx €150,000 to put into new property when I sell my house. I need to borrow €25,000 - €30,000.
- Would I get a mortgage for this amount at age 58? I would hope to borrow for a six year period so I could be mortgage free when I retire.
- Is there a quick way of calculating what monthly repayments would be on a loan of €25,000 or €30,000?

FYI, most mortgages have a mininium amount of €50,000 but there is nothing stopping you from getting a mortgage of 50k, then paying by 20k the day after draw down.
 
Credit Union could be a good option, do you have an account with one.
