any advice for sister in dublin who was in car that was rear ended- she was given a solicitor via her own car insurance claims management service but they appear to be a para legal working in a big firm (with offices in dublin/midwest)- so while they are good on standardised letters, nothing happens if any complication!

She googled and found loads of alternatives- but where would be recommended or past experience of AAM users?

Best to stay with a big firm or move to smaller?

I am sure she could apply herself- but solicitor was 'free' per her policy add on
 
Hello,

I am happy to say DJ Synnott and Co. (St Stephens Green, Dublin 2) provided a good personal injury service, a solicitor called Emer was good to deal with there - I've no connection with the firm by the way.

Also, Tom Halligan at Gaffney Halligan Solicitors (Raheny & Artane, Dublin 5) has been very good to deal with - again, I've no hidden agenda here, just a previous happy customer.
