Where to start: 37 dont have a pension, where to go for advice?

Need a bit of advice please.

My Boyfriend is 37 and doesn't have a pension and there is no scheme where he works.

We are living in Co.Waterford and don't know where to go for advice.

I know he get one off his mortage company but don't know if he is getting a good deal then.

Any ideas where we could go.
