Hi
I KNOW THIS LOOKS LONG BUT IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ!!
My fiancé was left go from his job in Feb after 7 years. He sent the RP77 including the RP50 form to his employer requesting his redundancy.
His employer called a few days later for my fiancé to sign the RF50 form & said he was going in to his account to get it sorted.
We received a letter then in the 2nd week in june from the dept of enterprise trade & employment saying they had received the RP50 from his emploer so their response was: they sent his former employer a letter back stating that he had to pay my fiancé his redundancy by June 26th.
At the end of the letter it said if he did not receive anything from his employer within 2weeks from the 26th June to sign and send the letter back to them which we done.
We have still not heard anything from the employer or the dept of enterprise trade & employment since??
We dont know what is going on with things now.
Is there anybody in this situation at the moment or know anything about it??
