What insurance would you recommend?

My partner and I are building a house. We are going direct labour. So seperate brickie, plasterers, carpenters etc.

Do we need site insurance or should each tradesman have his own?

Will we need some sort of public liability ins? Also as we are hiring the tradesmen directly will we require some sort of employers liability?

What insurance would you recommend?
 
OK so clearly i should have read the already mountains of information regarding this topic before i posted - so please disregard :eek:
