Our mom passed and left a house to split 50/50. I live in another state than said property. It has been a year and my brother lives in said property and dose not want to sale. Looks like he is dragging on a buy off. Can I charge him rent for useing my half,. (LOL). From what I have learned a lawer is a waste of money. All bills are clear so what good is the will for me. Can I sale my half lol? Help thank you Gary
