Waterford Wedgewood - CGT loss

I had a few shares in Waterford Wedgewood. I am finding it difficult to find out information on the current status.

It looks like from the ISE website that they officially went into administration at the begining of this year and so I assume the CGT loss can be claimed for 2009 purposes. Does anyone know if this is correct?

Also, I have loss most of the documentation re the original purchase transaction, who could I get this from?
