Just wondering has anyone come across the above. Background MNov 2009 contact from th eabove regarding renewal of Golden Pages Advert.
They were to have invoiced me for a deposit of €300.00 and sent me Terms and Conditions following the telephone conversation (they never did at the time). the conversation which was recorded and is now being used as a basis for their insisting that I have to complete the order.
I feel that as they never Invoiced me at the time or sent on the Terms and Conditions that I am not obliged to continue with the placing of the order.
Anyone any opinions on how I or they stand in relation to this please?
