VEC 31 years service, just discovered that I havent been paying Widows & Childrens

A quick question.

Just found out that after 31 years service I have not being paying into Widows and Orphans .

I'm in a VEC . Is there any thing I can do ?

Started AVC s 2 years ago, would notional service be better at this stage ?
