Variable interest loans under/in the region of 25000

Hi
Could anybody tell me what the lowest variable interest rate loans are available for under/in the region of 25000?
i want to pay back a loan for a house deposit as quickly as possible and dont want to be tied to any fixed timescale in case i get more money together and can pay the loan off quicker than thought.

It appears to be AIB, [broken link removed] (I had thought they were offering 6.9% on loans over €25,000, but I can't find any info on their site)

Bank of Scotland [broken link removed], but this is fixed.

Bank of Ireland are [broken link removed]%, for a limited time, but again this appears to be fixed.
 
Short term loan means not much interest income for the bank.

You may have to pay an arrangement fee. Will depend on the bank.
