I cant pay my management fees? What should I do? I have payed up to June 2010. However I just dont have the money to pay off the rest. I now have recieved a Solictors letter to pay €1500 in the nest 5 days? I only owe around €800. I also have not recieved a letter or email from the management company in the last six months. Not even one to say they are sending it for collection? I am really scared? What is likely to happen now?
